What your customer receives
- You enter their first name and mobile number in your account, at the till or after the appointment. You can also import your customer file.
- A few hours later, they get a text message in your name with a link.
- They open the link in their browser and choose a rating from 1 to 5. Nothing to install.

They land on your Google listing, ready to write their review.
1, 2 or 3 stars
They tell you what went wrong. The message reaches your account and is not published anywhere.
The limit is 4 stars by default. You change it in the shop settings.
When a customer is disappointed, they write to you
You read their message with their rating and number. You call them, sort things out, then mark it as resolved.

What is Avis Boost?
Avis Boost is Swiss software that sends review requests by text message. Satisfied customers are redirected to your Google listing; the others fill in a private form that you read in your account.
How does the threshold work?
You choose a minimum rating, set to 4 stars by default. Customers who give at least this rating are redirected to your Google listing; the others are shown the private form. You can change the threshold at any time in the business settings.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. The link in the text message opens in the phone browser, with no app or account.
How much does Avis Boost cost?
The subscription is billed per business, in Swiss francs, monthly or yearly. There is no extra charge per text message or per review.
Can I manage several businesses?
Yes. Each business has its own subscription, Google link, threshold and message templates. If you manage a network, contact us.
Which sending channels are available?
Requests are sent by text message. Message templates are available in French, German and English.
Who publishes Avis Boost?
Avis Boost is published by Vergasta Digital, in Saint-Imier, in the Bernese Jura. Support answers by email and phone, usually within one business day.
